Awesome overall experience. Silent and fairly clean hotel, PERSONABLE staff and cool location. There were large bathroom and practical room. Position of venue short distance from a museum and a cathedral. Also, a cathedral-flanked square was 1 mile away from the venue.

Room was cozy, the bed was cozy, breakfast was plentiful. Fairly clean and fancy hotel in Florence Historic Center district. Besides, we were adjacent to Central Market, the train station and the railway. The stay was fantastic.

Staff was golden and continental breakfast was above average. They made my stay brilliant. Room was magnificent and accommodating with necessary facilities. Comfortable beds and luxurious bathroom. The pool bar was comfortable and the drinks were alcoholic.

Peaceful location, spotlessly clean venue, polite staff. Rooms airconditioned and well organized. The staff did all they can for a fun stay. There was a lovely restaurant, stores and a central market next door.

Good beds, great stuff, fantastic location. Near to the downtown, 5 minutes on foot. We dined out at Trattoria lo Stracotto, set minutes from the hotel.
There was no elevator.

The location was wonderful, only 5 minutes on foot from Santa Maria Novella train station. Walking distance to Panbriaco, where you can have lunch. Uffizi gallery and many other tourist places were in front of the hotel. Tornabuoni is a district that deserves exploring.
